What is an RPR?

NCRA's Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) Certification is obtained by passing a written knowledge exam and three separate skills tests:  Literary at 180 words per minute, Jury Charge at 200 words per minute, and Testimony/Q&A at 225 words per minute.  Continuing education is required to maintain your RPR or other NCRA designation.

Advanced NCRA Certifications:

The Registered Merit Reporter Certification consists of a written knowledge exam and skills test at speeds up to 260 WPM, Certified Realtime Reporter is a specialized skills exam and the Registered Diplomate Reporter is a written knowledge exam for holders of the RMR.

Transcripts can be provided electronically in a variety of formats.  Please visit our services page for more information.
